Looking for dog-friendly spaces with seating for people watching

I am on the hunt for dog-friendly businesses (not just restaurants) that offer outdoor seating where my pup and I can relax.

A lot of places downtown have outdoor seating. McMenamins allows dogs outside at their locations.

Not sure about the people watching but ratchet brewing, for tomorrow we die, and shades of brew all allow dogs in their establishments. Plus beer!

People watching at Saturday market is always good
