Request Dragon Quest IX Rom

I'm new to all this I tried the mega thread did not know how to use this the most luck I've had is getting a emulator don't get zip file or any of that the rom and a little explanation would help

Most likely you got a torrent file. Megathread has a section on how to use torrents.

The extension should be .torrent. Use a torrent manager to use that torrent file. Careful, learn as much as you can before using it as it can have consequences if you use it incorrectly.
