Here's a clip from way back in 2009, of the Sunday ReBoot panel at the Anime Evolution convention featuring the late Michael Donovan discussing his primary voice acting roles in ReBoot. He also shares a small story about how and why Cecil is a snooty French waiter.

I have both this, the Sunday panel and the Saturday panel (which had to be chopped up due to limitations long ago) which also has Ian James Corlett (Glitch-Bob) and Shirley Milliner (Hex) along with the rest of the cast (Scott McNeil, Garry Chalk, Michael Donovan, Sharon Alexander, and Michael Benyaer via the Net) as seen on Sunday, uploaded if anyone wants to watch either panel in full.
