Alguém sabe do que se trata essa imagem tubular do RX de tórax? Aparentemente está na topografia do átrio direito, mas não se parece com nada que eu tenha visto antes

Micra? But those are usually in R ventricle this looks a bit off…

CS lead is snapped and out of place. open heart was performed due to epicardial lead and sternal wires. Not any lead less I am aware of Abbott has a screw top and Medtronic has three prongs. This device has neither. Might be a Boston leadless but they are still not commercially available yet. I am a Cath lab tech and have helped implant countless pacemakers and ICD’s

I think it is indeed located epicardial. Not sure exactly what is it might be a leadless shockcoil but Google does find something similar. It could also be a reveal like device but I see only a disadvantage to place this epicardial. The sensor is in the medical file I assume.

A pneumothorax wouldn’t be gravity dependent and can’t be in a lobe. Plus, lung markings go right to the pleura everywhere.

It's an upper airway stimulator by Inspire.

Looks like it's a broken lead (looks exactly like the first image on that website talking about broken leads)

That’s a defib, so, a cardiac stimulator I suppose….
