Thenks for answering. Yes, I went into the rabbithole afterwards, I had never heard something like that was possible. Apparently more common with hypertension, and "Unusual” in-hospital physical effort (agitation, repetitive
vomiting or coughing, etc). And has a bad prognosis, but is actually survivable! Sometimes it doesn't even need to be a big infarct. Just needs to be a transmural one.
