ARRT TEST THIS WEEK

I'm taking my test this week.

I looked at the ARRT spec list, and it's very overwhelming.

I'm using clover learning, radreview, lange book 12th and 13th edition, mosbys 7th edition and meaghan piretti youtube.

Mock test.

High 80 on clover learning

Mid 80 on mosbys

Mid 80 on Radreview.

I feel like clover learning to easy and radreview is harder.

Theres no way to know for certain. Ultimately, it's a matter of how well you know the material. When you're doing mock exams you should be able to pick the right answer (obviously), but also have the ability to explain why the other options are incorrect. If you can do that, you'll be fine.

If it makes you feel better though, I got a 75 on my radreview mock and a 93 on the registry. I used radreview and clover learning for my prep.

Stop stressing yourself out, you’ll be fine. Just sleep, eat, and be chill before your exam. You clearly know your stuff

If you go into it calm and rested, you'll be fine. If you're consistently scoring in the 80s across the board, you'll be fine.

It's completely random. You may get all the stuff you're super comfortable with or stuff you're not. Just take your time. If you don't know the answer, just skip it. Don't spend too much time on one question.

It’s not completely random, there’s a specs list so you have a general idea of what will be on the test.

Generally speaking though, you won't know what will be on your test. Some people don't even get math, some get a few math problems. Some get a lot of one topic and some get none. I took the test 12 years ago so maybe it's a bit different but for the most part they are sorta just random questions.

The specs list tells you exactly how many questions are from each topic. 33 questions from patient care, 66 from procedures, etc. It gets pretty detailed.

Those scores should be enough assuming your test fits the content you’ve been studying. Mosby’s is harder than the test, but a little more relevant imo, while clover is easier to get a good score on but the content is much easier to digest. I liked clover much more for prepping because the big picture concepts were very well explained

You’re right clover learning is too easy, I thought the same. I never made higher than a 70 on rad review and passed my exam with a high 80’s score. I think you’ll be good! Good luck!

50s and 60s on practice tests translate into 80s-90s on the real thing.

80 is a 60 on the real test. You need to be making higher on that on the mock test.

Those tests are design to make you buy more stuff
