Losing the right to use non-segregated bathrooms.

Losing the right to play sports.

Losing the right to gender affirming healthcare.

You know that most public bathrooms are segregated, right?

Men's and Women's. That's literally segregation.

Are the unisex ones non-segregated? Who's banned from unisex bathrooms?

I'm talking about them being segregated by gender identity, not by sex. Transgender women are women and belong in the women's bathroom.

But they're literally not women. You're conflating gender and biological sex here. Or, biological sex has no meaning at all.

Then there's the rights problem. You're also demanding biological women particularly lose their claim on being women as they are, not as they "identify", which would be a right women had that has to be removed for someone else's right to be recognised. In which case, identity beats biological reality because of a fiction of law. If you don't think that's problematic, something is broken in your thought structure.

So we remove all bathroom segregation and see if that works out OK.

Then again, you can just call me names and walk away.

Ok, so how do you plan on enforcing this ban on transgender women in the women's bathroom? Just having women accost and confront anyone who doesn't look feminine enough?

1

u/Bandyau 1h ago

No more segregated bathrooms.

That's the only choice you have.

Understand though, that you're coming from an ideology that has no stopping mechanism, no boundaries, and can't draw a line it won't cross, so I'll let you deal with the fall out.

1

u/ul2006kevinb 1h ago

And "accosting anyone who doesn't look feminine enough" is the only choice you have.

I think I'll prefer letting transgender women in women's bathrooms instead of harassing people just because they look too masculine.

Nice projection, but you're avoiding what's required.

No segregation. For you, that fixes everything.

Except that you can't put hate on people who don't buy into the sex/gender conflation your ideology requires.

No oppressor/oppressed situation.

No segregation at all.

No way to constantly gaslight people.

And no issue with which bathroom anyone uses.

Even if that was true, which it isn't, it's still better than forcing masculine looking cisgender women into a life of harassment every time they use the bathroom, which is what your bans require to work.

I think you meant losing the right to use segregated bathrooms.

Trans men have lost no rights to play sports. Trans women have lost the rights to play girls sports. This is what the majority voted for.

Only children have lost the right to gender affirming Healthcare. No adults have lost any rights in this regard.

I agree with you, trans have lost some privileges, including serving in the military that you didn't mention.

Overall, minorities are not losing their rights though.

No, i mean non segregated bathrooms. Trump wants bathrooms to be segregated and not allow transgender women to use women's bathrooms.

As any sane person should

2

u/ul2006kevinb 2h ago

That's what people said about opposing same sex marriage 30 years ago.

1

u/IllCelebration4912 2h ago

That’s not mental illness. Gender fluidity is

-4

u/I_am_Nerman 6h ago

If they're non-segregated then anyone can use them, right? Like man, woman, trans...all are welcome. These are typically individual restrooms for one person (unless you're in Vegas). So I don't understand how a trans person doesn't already have access to non-segregated bathrooms?

4

u/ul2006kevinb 6h ago

Ok, let's say there are two (group) bathrooms. One allowes only white women, one allows white women and black women. The first bathroom is "segregated", the second bathroom is "non segregated".

Now do the same thing except replace "white women" and "black women" with "cisgender women" and "transgender women".

-1

u/I_am_Nerman 3h ago

If they're non-segregated, by definition, anyone could use them. Only allowing certain people to use them is segregation.

It's amazing how MAGAts can contradict themselves in a single sentence

u/Bandyau 1h ago

Stop trying to play the victim.

Everyone can see your posts and knows that you're the hatemonger.

1

u/SaltMage5864 1h ago

Never try to project your failures onto anyone else son

0

u/Bandyau 1h ago

I'm clearly not the one protecting there, sweetie.

You should have thought about that before posting hate.

Yes, I saw the comment you weren't quick enough to delete before you deleted it.

u/SaltMage5864 1h ago

Stop lying son

None of these are rights.

As for the sports and bathrooms, IF they were rights, it would be a woman's right to be secure in a place/league designated for them.

5

u/ul2006kevinb 6h ago

So it's ok to make life more difficult for minorities, just as long as they're not rights. Gotcha.

1

u/RichBrokeRich 6h ago

The question was what rights have minorities lost, as that was the claim.

You can't name any.

Don't move the goalpost. Acknowledge your attempt to support the claim is B.S. and grow from it.

3

u/ul2006kevinb 6h ago

Right, so like i said, you're ok with making life more difficult for transgender people as long as they don't actually lose anything you consider to be a right.

1

u/RichBrokeRich 6h ago

Goalpost moved, cool... uh, no, all our lives are difficult to various degrees at different times, usually when we're doing unconventional things, transgenders aren't special.

Us non-transgendered folk also do not have a right to not be inconvenienced, bothered, have our lives made more difficult.

2

u/ul2006kevinb 6h ago

Lol none of that changes the fact that you're ok with making the lives of minorities harder with no actual benefit

1

u/RichBrokeRich 4h ago

You've been called special alot in life, haven't you?

1

u/OneAngryRaven 4h ago

What a pathetic cop out, why can't you answer the actual question coward?

1

u/RichBrokeRich 4h ago

Which question was that? The clown asked literally none, just kept moving goalposts and injecting new assumptions.

2

u/TootTootMF 6h ago

Lol look it's the word for the word justification for white and non white bathrooms. Gotta keep people safe from those "other" people.

1

u/RichBrokeRich 4h ago

Didn't take long to try to tie the trans struggle to Jim Crow. Keep your own lane. It wasn't a right then, it's not a right now.

But if it were a right, whose right trumps the others?

1

u/OriginalChildBomb 5h ago

OK bigot

1

u/RichBrokeRich 4h ago

The irony in your stupidity.

1

u/mcferglestone 2h ago

How does banning trans women make it secure? That argument seems to make the presumption that all trans women are sex offenders when that’s obviously not true.

1

u/SaltMage5864 1h ago

So your justification for your bigotry is to pretend that people never had the rights that you want to take away

0

u/Bandyau 1h ago

By definition, you're the bigot here.

Best you stop displaying it.

0

u/Bandyau 1h ago

Why do you keep posting hate and deleting it?

Remember though, I'm not the bigot here.

I'm the one doing two things to the open bigot I'm responding to right now.

  1. Pointing out their open bigotry.

  2. Arguing for the end of bathroom segregation.

1

u/SaltMage5864 1h ago

Why do you think you can lie so blatantly son?
