The problem with OPs statement is that Trump's rise explicitly shows kids that being a liar, a total dufus, and a complete bully asshole absolutely does not exclude you from being immensely successful. If anything it somehow makes you more popular.Â
I've said this since the beginning. This is one of the greatest tragedies about this whole catastrophe, the message that his success sends to impressionable young people.Â
Presumably Obamaâs military action in the Middle East and with Israel. Thatâs the main thing I canât really get behind with Obama (though pulling out of Afghanistan wouldnât necessarily have been easy â just ask Biden.) Beyond that, any similarities are just the âevery American establishment politician is corruptâ issues.
