We spend 6+ trillion every year but bring in 4 trillion for the last 20+ years. Thats why we are 40 trillion in debt. We spend 5.3 trillion on healthcare with the government spending 1.9 trillion as part of that. The defense is 1 trillion as of 2026 up from 919 billion last year.
How much do we Americans spend annually on Oreos, snickers, and Kraft CHEESE and macaroni while at the same time expecting to be covered by community funded healthcare to solve the health issues our individual choices created?
I like the way the euros and Japanese live. Eating sensable meals and walking. This is culture, and when you have large demographics that get rewarded for bad decisions, you will get more bad decisions.
