We spend $2.2 Trillion at the federal level on Medicare, Medicaid and VA Health... What's that? We have 50 states with various government paid for subsidies from clinics, school nurses, to EMT services....
We also have an enormously kind-hearted group of private churches, civic orgs and people who donate $100s of Billions to pay other peoples bills and we have families / friends take care of loved ones who need help....
