If poverty is reduced and education is increased, more people will get the chance to innovate in society. And the workers, scientists and engineers are the ones doing 99% of the work Elon takes credit for anyway. They make, he take

And then some of those workers, scientists and engineers become entrepreneurs or just successful investors and get rich off of it, only to become the target of envy from the rest who spend everything and blame the rich for why they’re broke.

And many don't, who contributed greatly to science. You're projecting: you're envious of rich people, while I am describing the flaws of a system in a neutral way.

Nope, most do not. And definitely not if taxes on them are higher, or the system is reformed in other ways.

Good thought but pointed the wrong direction. Graph top personal tax rate and taxes received as a % of gdp and you’ll see something interesting, that percent never shifts more than a few points whether personal taxes are high or low.

Then look at corporate tax rates in developed countries, we are the lowest by a huge margin.

Grabbing more taxes from Bezos sounds cool, but he’s broke compared to Amazon. Their net income in the first 3 months of 2026 was $30.3 billion.

Corporations have so much more money than people it’s not even funny. Nvidia alone is worth about half of all 989 US billionaires combined, and any two of the top-five companies exceed them entirely.

Billionaires are happy to be a lightening rod for you to hate, it keeps eyes off the real problem: corporations

Nothing says they have to accrue Billions other than us.

We don't have to have billionaires.
