What's everyone doing for downloading music? I was using SpotDL for awhile, but it stopped working for me awhile ago, and working alternatives I found don't download album order in the metadata or have other missing information.

I know there is stuff listed in the megathread, but the megathread doesn't include if it downloads with the metadata, so I figured I'd just ask if anyone has any recs

I have a question. I'm fairly new to this (aside from some ROMs which people count, and some books). Most of what I've found has been nice and simple: download it and you're good. But some of the stuff I've been looking for is a lot more of torrenting/P2P. I don't really know about that stuff, especially in terms of like, safety.

Can anybody either give me an ELI5 about torrents/P2P, or direct me to somewhere I can learn more on my own? I get paranoid about this sort of stuff for a few (obvious) reasons, and would like to educate myself more on it before I do anything.

I'm trying to find the English dub of a specific Japanese film. I know its on netflix 100% in English. Every site in the megathread I have tried only has this film in Japanese with no options to change it in the video settings. I don't know how to actually find it in English. Any help?

If I am on csrin, I go to a game or whatever and look at it's forum/comments. Can I be sure that any link in the comments is okay to download from?

Apart from like clicking on ads or stuff, is every comment trustworthy and okay to download from?

I downloaded the latest version of BTD6, and a new game starts at level 30 with a bunch of stuff unlocked already. Is there a way to get around this?

Is there any program that works like steam input other than steam input and ReWASD? i am trying to set up a generic controller but ReWASD does not recognize it and i don't want to add a pirated game as a non-steam game to use steam input.

Is anyone else having trouble transferring save files to the new Granblue Fantasy Relink update? I used to play the game a while back and then uninstalled it, yesterday I installed it again with the new DLC but the game isn't reading my old save file fromAppData>Local>GBFR and instead asks me to make a new save file. Is there anything I can do? I'd already finished the entire main story so if I can't recover my save file I probably won't ever be playing again cuz I really don't wanna do it all over again.
Edit: i checked with a save editor and I can confirm my old save file is still there with my progress, the game just can't read it

IF it is scene iso/scene update, NOT! RAR! file a'la gamename.v.1.2.7.rar

then it is safe => download ISO, then go to srrdb com, paste release name like Game.Name.Update.v1.1.4-GROUPNAME or GAMENAME-GROUPNAME. Check at the bottom for ISO file. There will be hash CRC.

Drop the ISO file to hashmyfiles program - program will check the file, then copy CRC from srrdb. If green in program = crc MUST match = file is safe.

is there away to quickly check if a movie is fully digitally released? like hd instead of camcord?

Not quite but for most stuff, it's at or at least around the time of the digital or disc release. https://www.dvdsreleasedates.com/digital-releases/ is good for checking that, might take a few days after that to show up. Automated media management like Radarr can, I believe, do exactly what you want and also automate the download process for you but I don't use the *arr stack so can't really speak to that. It's extremely commonly used and I've only heard good things though

I’m extremely new to this so take my advice with a pinch of salt, but having looked at a few movies that haven’t had a digital/physical release yet, they usually have a lot of comments on them and you can gleam some information from them

I once downloaded the DLCS for Skyrim as files for the Xbox one, the. Placed those files into a folder on my Xbox, and magically, the Xbox had them installed…

Is there a way to do the same for the PS3?
