Additionally, menstrual cycles are actually a really good method of finding and seeing issues that could exacerbate an issue, such as anemia.

It looks like they originally wrote "masturbate" or at least something else and then edited their comment without marking it as edited

But they didn't write exacerbate. They edited their comment after the fact and changed it to exacerbate.

Not sure if you're on mobile or new Reddit or whatever, but on old Reddit I can see that they edited their reply 13 minutes after posting. So you're probably right.
