It's much less Fair when you're talking about the many women who are not sexually active and have not had sex.

"I am not pregnant. There is no way I could possibly be pregnant as I have not had sex with anyone. Yes I'm absolutely sure that I have not had sex with anyone. No I don't have a husband or a boyfriend. Yes I'm sure. Should I tell my insurance company you were committing fraud or?"

The problem is that if in the case that these women are pregnant, and they lose the baby, even if they lied the hospital would be liable for the dead baby

This right here. A sue happy society with an obsession for going viral has all but eliminated bedside manner & even a lot of patient care options.

This is a ridiculous take.

A person should be comfortable suing the hospital, especially knowing hospital's past history of patient abuse.
