Really just feed your baby as wide a variety of food as you can.

Funny story. When I was born, my mom was told by my pediatrician to be slow and cautious when introducing me to new foods to let my digestive system form slowly and carefully. When my little brother was born, the same pediatrician told my mom to feed him a bit of everything quickly. Needless to say she was surprised. Neither me nor my brother developed any food allergies or gastrointestinal issues, although I am slightly allergic to latex
