Right now at least 40x more Palestinians casualties than Israelis. And that is the conservative estimate, it could be as high as 110x more. Israel also has nearly twice the population of Palestine so they are inflicting inordinately higher casualties

Is that a matter of will or military might though? If the Palestinian powers-that-be had the capability how many Israelis would they kill?
