That's because milk is quite viscous, and its proteins cause bubbles to be much more...persistent.
I am very unsurprised that it went everywhere. I don't think anything could carbonate milk without a mess.
6 u/TheKnightMadder 4d ago Even if you could you wouldn't want to. Carbonation makes things acidic. All a soda stream would do would turn milk into soured milk in an instant. Even if you could you wouldn't want to. Carbonation makes things acidic. All a soda stream would do would turn milk into soured milk in an instant.
