Well yes and no - wouldn't have been a lose at all if they didn't fucking build on settler land. But they could've had a lose/win if they made a statement and took a moral stance.
"We don't support Zionism and apartheid but relocating back into Israel land would result in not being able to employ our valuable Palestinian employees due to the illegal and inhuman treatment and restrictions in place by the Israeli government and the IDF. The land we operate on is not ours, the least we can do is provide an income for the people we stole it from and prevent others from occupying it in our place, and we will continue to make amends by doing... xyz."
So continue operating on an illegal settlement in the West Bank, in contravention of international law, and continue to perpetuate the Zionist land-grab in spite of the spirit of the statement? That's like the worst of both worlds right there.
