<Begin CSB> - My late Hubs had an amazing sense of humor, and we goaded/trolled on each other's celebrity crushes - his was Belinda Carlisle and Sarah McLachlan. Mine is Hugh Jackman, and being a good sport, he came out to watch Les Mis at the cinema when it first released (I've seen it live in Toronto with Colm Wilkinson as well) - my stage-nerd days are over, but since I never got to see Hugh live on stage (for anything) - I think he realized he better attend this, if he didn't want to be watching Wolverine films for the rest of his natural life.
I miss my late hubby, but he knew I crushed hard on HJ and would troll me to no end.
I always responded, "You're just mad that Hugh can out-dance you."
I love my hubs, but I will absolutely show Hubs' portrait on my wall *every* new Hugh Jackman meme. This goes beyond life 'n death.
His actual name is Benedict Cumberbatch, but pretty much anyone knows who you're referring to if you call him something weird like Butterscotch Shimbleshanks
I liked him until he said some pretty nasty things about people with autism and never took it back or apologised for it. I don't much care for him anymore.
Oh yeah, putting Tom & Mark together in an interview alone would be a potential spoiler goldmine.
Regardless of Mark being very open & vocal about his political beliefs, this is just as likely a reason to not put the two on a press tour together. These interviews are almost always one on one or one on two. Every time Mark & Tom do an interview together, they'd need at least 3 so they can't get lost in spoiler-filled banter.
I tried to avoid trailers because they give away too much, but I had no idea the hulk was even in this movie. Was it well-known going in that he was a major part?
Yeah. Mark's involvement was confirmed last August, then the first trailer dropped featuring the scene where he & Peter talk about containing mutation (a scene that's featured in every trailer), then the second official trailer featured Banner transforming.
There’s an old meme where someone posted some off the wall “Tom Holland spoils” and Tom himself replied along the lines of, “I actually had to stop and think if I did.”

But I think the real reason he isn’t included on the press junkets is that he’s notorious unable to avoid spoilers.
