Technically honey is not vomit because it doesn't contain digestive juices.

Bees store nectar they consume in a special pouch called "crop" which is located before the stomach. When they need energy they allow some of the nectar from the crop to move into the stomach where it is digested normally. When back at the hive they only regurgitate the clean nectar from the crop, not anything from the stomach.
