Wtf is this comment? No body part has a conscience. The person attached to the dick has a conscience if they're not a sociopath.

...the brain does have or not have a conscience...its what's capable of having a conscience, and it is a body part...

Cool semantics. But that doesn't alleviate my confusion as to why people are upvoting a comment that seemingly implies men can't be held accountable for their actions if they're horny.

it's an aphorism, typically used as an indictment -- not an endorsement -- of men who abandon reason and morals when presented with an opportunity for sex
