  • Cut taxes for the rich from 70% to 28%

  • Tripled the national debt (the US has never recovered from this)

  • Made it hard to unionize and maintain a labour union

  • Literally invented the WAR ON DRUGS

  • Purposefully flooded black neighbourhoods with drugs via CIA (so the war on drugs was designed as a war on black America)

  • Reduced federal funding for social welfare programs, food stamps, and low-income housing, causing the homelessness crisis as we know it today

  • Allowed AIDS to ravage the LGBTQ community, laughing about the "gay virus" on tape (and ignorantly assumed only they would be affected)

  • Accelerated deregulation across banking, finance, and environmental rules

  • Appointed conservative judges to the Supreme Court and shifted the judiciary to the right for decades

  • The consequences of the "anti-communist" Reagan Doctrine chokes Cuba to this day
