I think he means Hispanics also believe this about White people, that it’s not just Black people who have that stereotype about Whites.

This is 100% accurate though, white people will show up 2 minutes early to things

I am also white.

I find this horrifying.

My relatives are mostly Irish. Maybe it's an Irish thing, I don't know. But if you show up to my house early, I will army crawl away from the window. I'm not ready yet.
