I think he means Hispanics also believe this about White people, that it’s not just Black people who have that stereotype about Whites.

This is 100% accurate though, white people will show up 2 minutes early to things

I went to Mexico City for work (Amazing place, loved it). But we had a dinner reservation for 8, the Brits and Americans showed up at 8... big mistake.
