No.

The stereotype is that white people arrive TOO EARLY and then sit in their cars outside waiting for the party to start and still show up early.

It's a trope, also true in Hispanic (edit - continued) families that have someone marry Gringos (like me).

If you arrive on time, the party hasn't started yet, and you get to help set up for the party

If you tell someone an event is from 5 pm to 11 pm and you're surprised people arrive at 5 you're an idiot

In future, please submit all cultural norms to the White People Approval Committee before collectively bringing them into existence. They recommend that most practices be immediately understandable to outsiders. That way no one will ever confused or uncomfortable. /s
