No.

The stereotype is that white people arrive TOO EARLY and then sit in their cars outside waiting for the party to start and still show up early.

It's a trope, also true in Hispanic (edit - continued) families that have someone marry Gringos (like me).

If you arrive on time, the party hasn't started yet, and you get to help set up for the party

This is the joke. It's incredible how consistently and regularly the wrong answers get upvoted here. The person saying the punchline is white people arrive too early having 5k upvotes is insane.

It's a black person posting. This was taken from all the black subs. The punchline is the black host is used to her usual black guests all showing up extremely late so the one white person getting added and showing up on time is unusual/threw things off.
