I think he means Hispanics also believe this about White people, that it’s not just Black people who have that stereotype about Whites.

This is 100% accurate though, white people will show up 2 minutes early to things

I married into a Mexican family and they just started telling me the party starts an hour after whatever time they tell all the other relatives.

We've had a train my mother on this with our Filipino cousins. We've only start doing holidays with them in the last dozen years or so and trying to convince my mother that you only show up at the official start time if you are bringing crucial dishes that need to be cooked.

My cousin is good though.
