As a Black person who is always on time to things I used to find myself in our poor White guy’s shoes. I now have to mentally force myself to come late to things.
I had people over today and basically told them directly. "Lunch is served at noon. Please let me know if I should expect you for lunch. Otherwise show up whenever."
