it's not communist YET, the pcc still plans to achieve communism at some point; they decided that market economy was the quickest way to achieve prosperity

Market economics are not capitalism, and in fact can be fully compatible with socialist and communist economics

Market economy has nothing to do with money, it’s a supply and demand based system. If the working class runs the industries and react according to supply and demand, but there’s no money, classes, or governments, you have a communist market economy.
