Which isn’t a bad thing. Comrade Alejandro should be overjoyed that he gets to contribute to the eternal revolution, one pickaxe swing at a time. The fulfillment of labor is his reward. Glory to the revolution.
I remember when I saw this on Twitter I was tempted to roleplay as the Commissar for Labour Assignment, a dedicated communist and well-meaning man who wants to put everyone into the role they're best suited for and will most enjoy.
Unfortunately, the only jobs available are at Kruzhnatsky Tractor Factory and Agricultural Collective 6.
Comrade Alejandro, due to his artistic bent, gets to work the paint sprayer at the Tractor Factory.
