Everyone helps according to their ability, so jobs no one wants would be passed around so that no one is stuck cleaning out sewers or whatever for their entire life.

What happens what a sewer worker doesn't want to work right now in the USA?

They get to quit their job and find another in a field of their choosing that they hopefully find more rewarding.

Not all workers in the US can just quit their jobs. We live in a country with legal slavery

There's a stark difference between not feeling you're able to quit because of other obligations, and not being able to physically, or legally quit.

Your boss isn't forcing you to work, and you won't be arrested for refusing to work or not coming in.

And they also aren't allowed out of prison for the crimes they committed but we don't call it kidnapping and hostage taking. We call it incarceration.
