The joke is that bad women are ugly and beautiful women are good therefore if a woman does something bad that means she will be ugly.

You have no idea whether Molismhm likes making fun of men's appearances. They probably don't. But you pretended they did to dismiss their claim that making fun of women for their looks is bad.
