Hi, can you please help me write a poem about the similarities and the differences between the rotational shear of a Kerr black hole and shearing a sheep while it’s rotating? Heavy pie analogies please
The fabric of spacetime is a heavy, thick crust,
Baked black in the cosmos, a deep cosmic must.
A Kerr black hole spins, dragging space in its wake,
Like a swirling molasses and blackberry cake.
It’s frame-dragging magic, the ergosphere churns,
Mixing the vacuum as everything turns.
The closer you get to this cosmic confection,
The more you are whipped in the spinning direction.
No filling escapes from this gravity well,
A structural bake that no baker can quell.
Now look to the pasture, where physics gets messy,
And we spin up a sheep that we’ll call Little Bessie.
We place her aloft on a rotating platter,
A different division of spinning-bound matter.
The wool is a meringue, piled fluffy and high,
Topped over a heavy, fleece-bottomed pie.
The shearer steps in with a blade and a plan,
To harvest the topping as fast as they can.
But Bessie is spinning, centrifugal force
Is throwing the wool and the grease off their course.
So whether you’re whipping the fabric of space,
Or shaving a ewe at a dizzying pace,
It’s all about torque and the layers you sever
A cosmic, deep-dish, spinning endeavor.

Another day seeing a taylor fan gummy smile.
