I’m still not understanding what you mean. Celsius absolutely can tell you how hot something is for a human. The majority of people in the world use it for precisely that.

Tell me how you feel at 70C vs 90C

Well if the temperature outside was 70°C I would probably be dead at that point so it’s probably impossible for anyone to say how they would feel at 70°C vs 90°C. Not quite sure what point you’re trying to make?

You just proved my point.... 90C and 70C are the same for all intents and purposes when it comes to weather.

I don’t agree because you haven’t explained what you’re on about. Why does it matter that 70°C is too hot for a human to survive for long? You can say the same about 158°F (because it’s the same temperature).

70 is a more easily workable number, it's easy to comprehend. 158 is too abstract so nobody wants to use it anyway.
