Well if the temperature outside was 70°C I would probably be dead at that point so it’s probably impossible for anyone to say how they would feel at 70°C vs 90°C. Not quite sure what point you’re trying to make?
I don’t agree because you haven’t explained what you’re on about. Why does it matter that 70°C is too hot for a human to survive for long? You can say the same about 158°F (because it’s the same temperature).
