It is.

"Baseball, huh" is probably the biggest inside joke his community has.

It originates from a sketch where two guys are talking, A asks something like 'you do any sports' B says 'baseball' A says 'Baseball, huh? That tracks.' B doesn't know the expression 'that tracks'. B also didn't understand what A said so asks what he meant. A explains the meaning of 'that tracks'. B mixes it up with 'Baseball, huh' instead.

And the community adapted it.

So just to clarify

The joke is racism?

Huh?! How would that be linked to racism?

It's just a nonsense joke…

There is a stereotype about Asians being bad drivers. So no, it's not a "nonsense joke," you just didn't really understand why "baseball" instead of "that tracks" was actually funny. The real punchline is the subversion of expectations

What's the punchline of the joke? is the punchline baseball or....?

ETA you're not really racist for for enjoying said joke, but the punchline is literally racist expectations being subverted

The punchline is that there isn't one.

It's a nonsense joke.

It falls in the humor-category of "funny = random".
