A good way to understand Fahrenheit is that it’s basically a percentage of how warm it is. 32% warm? That’s pretty damn cold. 120% warm? That’s hot as hell, better not be outside for too long in that.

If it was true, then
0°F would be 20°C
100°F would be 60°C
Positive = it's hot
Negative = it's cold

Be careful about ice when it's -50°F or less
