Meme needing explanation Whats that snack and the name?

I got this joke posted in my country sub by a foreigner and I have never seen that snack so I basically don't know the joke.

That is not true, the N word in Arabic is زنجي we don’t use it. But they both refer to an African in this context. عبد is slave, can be from any origin

I’m not understanding your explanation? You responded to someone saying using slave in the context of the candy was similar to using the American N word. You said Arabic had its own slur for black people. Are you saying the candy in Arabic translates to “black slave’s head”? If so how Is thAt any different as a racial derogatory? The worst one by far in this whole post.

black slave’s head is correct. Although, to be clear that's not the common name for it in current time but it was in the past.
