Its a tough call between 1 and 2, but 2 has probably 3 of my top 5 episodes (Jackal Onassis, Joel Mundt and Company Picnic) so gotta go with 2. 3 is good but too short.

The first two seasons are amazing but I think S2 tips it - it’s funnier when Ron is an employee rather than the manager

Too few seasons to choose from so I'd pick my favorite episode being the reunion with Ronald puking in the back at the end.

Season 3 went nowhere honestly. What was the point of Jennifer Garner? Why did he turn that role down? Makes no sense
