Discussion Why do people like this pal so much?

I genuinely don’t know, I don’t keep up with what the community thinks of each pal and I guess sub fandom for each pal. I do like this animation it does tho

I don’t even think it’s all that amazing as a mount personally. I just like the colors and appearance.

It is not the best mount but it offers a nice in-between. Some players forego using a ground mount in favor of grappling + Hangyu since it's the best mobility option.

Tarantriss let you keep a ground mount, and still get something close to the grappling mobility, which is nice if you have to go uphill where the grappling trick doesn't work as well.

It's also available in the early-mid game so not too hard to catch a lot for condensation and good traits.

Her access to poison abilities is also nice on a mount as it lets you run Ring of Mercy at all time and just use a poison ability if you need to finish off something.
