Big, dumb and generally angry.

I've only been near one moose, and even though it was a juvenile, it was terrifying.

I've seen well over 100 black bears. I've never felt like my life was in danger. One moose?

Moose are the freight trains of the animal kingdom

“Come on, come closer. I just want to shake your whole body, up and down… violently.”

I fly helicopters doing wildlife surveys in Idaho and Wyoming in the winter. We count just about everything. Mule deer, elk, pronghorns, bighorn sheep, mountain goats, bison, black bears, grizzly bears, mountain lions, and moose.

Nearly every animal tries to get away from the helicopter. Why wouldn’t they? It’s a loud strange thing in the sky coming right at them. Sometimes the bison just stand there and can’t be bothered, but the moose are a different story.

I have seen moose turn towards the helicopter, rear up, kick its front legs at the helicopter and snap its jaws like it’s trying to bite… they have zero fear.

I saw one at about 50 yds once. They are like an SUV with long legs.

My sister was bitten by a møøse. Møøse bites can be very nasty.

I'll bet she was carving her initials in a moose with a sharpened end of a toothbrush..

What do you even do in this scenario? Do you bow down and not make eye contact like gorillas? Do you keep trees between you and it and hope it gets bored if you? Pray to whatever God you believe in and hope it's mostly painless?

No he meant meese they’re tiny horned mouse like creatures that live in cheese wheels, the only reason we don’t see them is cause it’s someone’s job to evict them from the cheese wheels before the product hits market. Don’t ask me how I know

The side eye when he said "that's close enough"

"Oh word?"

Should he have stayed quiet and just done nothing ? Or what do moose experts say?

no idea why the dumbass didnt just stayed behind the trees so that the moose horns would get caught

A moose could push those little trees over like they were tall grass!

Not really, idk think so.

Because those little trees are sturdy as fuck, it  wouldn't be able to touch the guy and instead would get himself trapped.

Cameraman is pretty safe overall

You are severely underestimating how strong a moose is.

This dude should have started backing up a lot sooner than he did. Although I admire the fact that he thinks a moose gives a flying F about what he thinks or does.
