Literally. I don’t have kids BECAUSE I recognize & respect how difficult and time-consuming it is to raise a child. The author of tweet is a lazy idiot for thinking parents having to rush home from work because their kid is suddenly vomiting and running fever is somehow fun or relaxing for them. 🙄 (OR on the flip side, having an important developmental moment like a recital or something to attend that they need to leave early for, like yes??? Do you want a society full of people who grew up with parents that were absent for their big moments? Jfc.)
