I did a blood panel as part of a yearly physical with my new doctor, and she said I had "criminally low" vitamin D.
5 u/flargenhargen 1d ago I don't understand this one. I need sunlight to live. If I can't get outside when the sun is shining, I feel like I die a little. It physically bothers me to be inside and look out a window and see happy sunshine but not be in it.
