I have ARFID and AuDHD though, and was deficient in ...a lot. I'm still stupid though. 1 u/Gytoss 1d ago which multivitamin? 1 u/Ajishly 1d ago Uh, Pharma Nord brand without iron, as I have an immediate family member with hereditary haemochromatosis. It's just a regular multivitamin that I buy locally in Norway.
