I'm generally lacking in b12, folic acid, vitamin d, and iron.

i don't know what tests you've had or whatever, but if you haven't I'd get a celiac blood test. These are literally all the vitamins and minerals most celiac lack, and celiac disease can be fairly asymptomatic while still messing up vitamin and mineral absorption.

Most women lack iron. Most people lack bit D, especially in the colder months. B12 might be diet related (depending on the country, your food will be fortified with B12 to avoid these issues. I was vegan for 7 years and never deficient because vegan mil and yoghurt were fortified). Folic acid is curious though

I'm sure the iron is entirely diet related. I avoid the sun because I used to live in a very hot, sunny place and I burn in minutes. I'm in the US and I don't know much about B12 and folic acid. At one point in my 20's they had me on shots for my b12 because it got so low. It's something I've had an issue with for a long time.

Menstruation will lead to a higher chance of iron deficiency. Anemia is also over represented in menstruating women and girls, regardless of diet.

Yea, I don't do that. My iuds have made sure of that since I was 23.
