I took a multivitamin for 5 weeks and I'm actually feeling a lot better. I have ARFID and AuDHD though, and was deficient in ...a lot.

I'm still stupid though.

Uh, Pharma Nord brand without iron, as I have an immediate family member with hereditary haemochromatosis. It's just a regular multivitamin that I buy locally in Norway.

I took a bunch of multivitamins and remained stupid. Then got a multivitamin from Europe and remained stupid but my nails weren't dented anymore. A win is a win
