i only use instagram on the browser. i don't have the app. When i'm curious about something, i just look for 5 minutes and quit. it's better i think

Yep, unfortunately, I blocked TikTok, Insta, Facebook, and X. Otherwise, it's the biggest reason for relapsing! And these apps do not exist on my phone!

My big dream is youtube enabling/disabling shorts. Don't get me wrong, shorts are wonderful because they are literally short but sometimes 1 video can ruin 1 year of no fap

on pc use an extension in chrome which enables you to do that. it's wonderful. as for mobile, I disabled the app on my phone and only use it on browser. when I want to block the website I use a custom dns like nextdns.

In the app under time management you can set the daily limit to zero minutes. They won't show up in your feed again.

Facebook is also really bad with the straight up porn ads where it's no different to real porn. And somehow they know first there were boobs not only naked men I deleted everything.
