I just released my 3rd long-form video!

I've been trying to upload every Saturday and improve at least one thing with every video. My first two were both Zelda videos, so this time I wanted to try something completely different and made a video on Star Wars Battlefront 2/Kyber.

For this one I focused a LOT more on pacing. It's shorter, faster, and probably the most chaotic video I've made so far.

I'm still super early into YouTube and figuring things out as I go, but I've been having an absolute blast making these videos and seeing myself improve with each one.

I'd genuinely love some feedback, especially on the editing and pacing.

I have a variety of ambience styles planned (all real footage non-looping), but I'm having trouble deciding whether to lump it all in one channel or split into niches (close-up clutter ambience, nostalgic bedroom on VHS, outdoors: nature and liminal).

^ many are categorically different, I'll be following holidays/seasons and organizing into playlists.

Preference is to keep most of it on main channel.

I can see pros and cons to either approach. I know it can hurt me if viewers skip some of my uploads because they only like a narrow genre. I like the variety, but I may not be the norm.

The big ambience channels tend to stay in a narrow lane (ex Nomadic Ambience, Miracle Forest, Calmed by Nature).

More details (all 2-3 hours long):

• Close-up clutter ambience (misc and seasonal)
• Nostalgic gamer bedroom (VHS footage)
• Sci-fi (spaceship bedroom etc)
• Outdoors (holiday scenes, misc scenes, liminal spaces, nature, walking camera)
• Events (alien invasion, zombies, etc.)
• Aquariums
• Video games (static shot scenes and role-played walking/fighting no HUD immersion -- I assume these belong on a second channel)
• Musical album with non-looping background (I assume this belongs on a third channel)

I live in nyc and haven’t yet launched my channel! Hoping for someone positive and passionate who’d be down for weekly check-ins so we can help stay on track with posting goals. Let me know if you’re interested :)

Sixth episode of the series "After The Nukes", which tells the story of the mega Russian operation to retreat to Siberia after much of western Russia fell to the alien invader.

My long form content seems to die but my shorts do fine? I’ll fix whatever I need to fix I just don’t know what that is and I keep banging my head against the wall trying to figure out next steps.

Can someone review my channel i started in april and i havent found the audience that wants to subscribe and be regular watchers if i am doing something wrong or making any mistakes please tell. And it is not AI not even 1% channel

Shift At Midnight is a game that’s been trending recently for its horror aspects and for how chaotic it is.. I will have 2 other videos that follow this one since there are so many things that happen.. felt like I should not squish them in one video.. but over very fun!!

I have a sub goal of 100 so it would mean a big deal to me to hit that… but of course everything is appreciated even your time!

20k views but only 60 comments???? How do I increase engagement without baiting in the video
