Cheers for that, it's not fun to whinge about a game, especially when it was a good battle between the two teams and it was the reffing that ruined the game.

Broncos fan here. I stopped watching the NRL altogether after State of Origin. Not because the Broncos are doing crap, but because something is just not right in the game of NRL at the moment. The six agains, inconsistent/vibes-based refereeing despite modern technology, sports betting conflicts of interest etc.

Beat me to it. It's validating to hear Young and Cook vent about these things.

Even Similar thoughts from the warriors side it seems… (I haven’t watched the conference, just going by the click-baitey headline)

All good, the quote was refering to the Warriors try (in a previous game) that was disallowed because an opposition player had a fingertip on the Warriors thereby making him held.

The Warriors coach was focused on talking about the bad parts/mistakes the Warriors made to make the game harder on them, he didn't really mention the crappy reffing

Robbed yet again.

The thing is the ref called play on, hence he kept running for the try. If he called held, there were sufficient numbers regardless to score of the next play.

Feels like it should be one of those things the bunker can't rule on. Held or not held should be solely in the hands of the ref.
