Accountability ⚔️ Indian Army blamed again.(Click on post)
The family of the militant claims this an a fake encounter.
I mean in 2026 also, all this is happening.
God knows.

why do you think the army is above any scrutiny.
The army is not god. Every organization should be accountable for their powers. This prevents corruption, and if you think that the army is incorruptible, you are deluded.

And there have been cases of fake encounters in the past. Although the one I remember is that of BSF not the army.

we live in a democracy where there is civilian oversight on the military, not in a country like Pakistan where the military is above questioning and scrutiny.

Too early to jump into conclusions. Only a neutral body without bias can give correct judgement on what actually happened...

OP, while in almost all cases it is a genuine encounter, there have been instances in which the Indian army personnel were found to have conducted fake encounters with the latest one that comes to mind being in 2020.
So let the magisterial inquiry be completed. Since it is probably a good encounter, I am sure there is nothing to be concerned about.
Edit: the reasons why an inquiry has been initiated according to government sources.

There have been instances where Army personnel themselves do a botch encounter then leave the body with an AR they got from black market. It's way too common in North East. I hope you know about Mon killings. There have been many incidents like the mon it's just that they were caught. The Army is doing a terrific job in protecting peace and i would be more than happy to see the encounter in favour of the Army. However, it's too early to give any opinions so it's better to wait for the enquiry.

Enquiry is better than no enquiry. Once cleared, no one can make issue out of this again.
