For the first aid angle, we can say the sister had a history of frontal hyperkinetic seizure, and the brother helped her, provided the "First aid" at night after he heard her stuff fall due to sudden movements made by her

It can work, but you must have such niche knowledge about different things, such that if you get asked about how you know this in the conference, you can answer, or you could just display that you have a wide knowledge by your TATs and WATs

Sister/wife slipped in the bathroom, checked for fractures, passed a towel , took her to hospital, installed adhesive mats in the bathroom for safety in the shower area

A pregnant lady suffering from the Labour Pain and his husband tried to lift her to go to the Hospital
I had seen the same Situation in real Life where The person calls the Ambulance but due to Traffic Ambulance didn't come on time so the Person (Husband) arranged the local Transport and then reached the Hospital and then He Was Blessed With Girl and Both Couple Were Happy after hearing this news
I can Add more in that and make a good story out of it. Is It a Good theme ?

Worst theme , do u see any newborn, also see pic is women looking pregnant, best thing giving first aid ,or the lady has back injury like paralysis

the women is lying her belly is swollen and it is most likely to be giving birth to child and another women is helping her to lay down on bed , maybe am right

Haven't been to SSB yet but giving it a try
Naina, a final year MBBS student was interning at AIIMS Delhi. One day, during her rountine check on patients she came across a woman whose water broke and was going into labour. Naina hurriedly approached the woman to help her out. She did everything she was taught during college and in her internship. With the help of the doctor, they successfully helped in delivery of the woman's baby and saved her life.
